TN: 2005 Dain Wines Pinot Noir Dandy Brosseau Vineyard
My last bottle and I'm sad to see that they are gone. In a word, elegant. Soft flavors of black fruits, spice, cinnamon and orange peel. Tannins were so soft as to be almost nonexistant but still providing a structure and depth of flavor that didn't quit. Probably on its downside, but lots of life right now. No noticeable funk, but some earthy undertones that made this wine very memorable. My son took on sip and sat pack and said "I like this."
