Looking for some new ideas in Vegas

Hi Everyone

I've been going to Vegas almost every year with my wife for the last 5 years or so. We love it so much that we even got married at the Venetian Hotel. We have tried a bunch of different bars and restaurants while out there but we tend to have the same routine year after year. I was wondering if anyone can give us some different ideas for dinning and night life.

Which restaurants do you typically visit? Do you have a price range?

I'm open to all types of places. The last time I was there we ate at the Mesa Grill and that was fantastic! For the price range I am open as well.

My wife and I were in LV earlier in the month for the nieces' 21st birthday. We hit Emeril's Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian (excellent filet)
Bouchon for lunch (also at Venetian)
Scarpetta at Cosmopolitan (great veal chop with sweetbreads)
Off the strip we went to Beijing Noodle Cafe (way out east of the strip)
and Lotus of Siam.
