"Tell me what you eat..."

Can anyone tell me which text Brillat Savarin wrote "tell me what you eat and Ill tell you what you are"
I need to reference it in a paper im working on.

Any help would be wonderful!!

      Apparently from Physiologie du Gout, ou Meditations de Gastronomie Transcendante, 1826 according to this link:

        Bartlett's confirms that, though it gives the publication date as 1825. And the author's full name is (was) Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. Hyphenated last name, not first name Brillat.
