Chowhound Periodically Logs out

I access chowhound from 3 computers:
-my workplace
-my home
-my mobile

It's been bothering me for awhile, but chowhound logs me out every few weeks. When the logout happens, it's on all 3 computers. No other site does this.

Why?

As per http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/7727... this is the intended behavior; the cookie expires after a set period as an account security measure.
