When my wife and I travelled through Vietnam we discovered this wonderful dish made in Hoi Ann. I have not seen it replicated on any menu but am wondering if there is any place in GTA that serves it. If not, I'm wondering what dishes out there are most similar to cau lau and where I should go to get them.
