Funny inscription for a grilling cookbook

I need some help. I gave a grilling cookbook to a friend and now she wants me to write something in her book. I need an idea. I'm a guy and usually don't have one. I just can't think of anything clever.

Join PETA: People Eating Tasty Animals... or, "Now we have grate expectations"......or if a sense of humor is absent, write what I got Steve Raichlen to write in his book for me: "To ______________, Master of the Grill"

When in doubt, go to minds greater than ours:

"Inhabitants of underdeveloped nations and victims of natural disasters are the only people who have ever been happy to see soybeans."
      - Fran Lebowitz

"Bambi - see the movie! Eat the cast!"
      - Henry Kelly (British journalist)

Or in a more philosophical bent:

"Good to eat, and wholesome to digest, as a worm to a toad, a toad to a snake, a snake to a pig, a pig to a man, and a man to a worm."
      - Ambrose Bierce
