TN: 2007 Domaine Weinbach Riesling Schlossberg Cuvee Ste. Catherine L'Inedit

Consumed with friends at Mark's Duck House in Falls Church VA. The only white in the lineup, and the first wine opened

Nice pale gold color, nice legs. Sweet but with a core of acidity and minerality that bodes well for aging (as if I'm going to be able to keep my hands off it for 10 years) Flavors of apricots, golden delicious apples, and lychee. With 8 of us partaking, needless to say it did not last long. I hope I can keep at least one in the cellar for 10 more years to see how it ages.
