Anyone know of a place in Toronto where I can get a more or less authentic version?

The restaurant, Quince (Yonge, south of Eglinton) did one in the end of May. They may do one again before the year is out. Get on their email list. The rijstaffel was ok; but nothing compared to what I've eaten in Amsterdam.

No, not any version at all, in fact Indonesian food is MIA in Toronto except in festivals.
