Does anyone have the Herbfarm Cookbook? I'm hoping to get a recipe paraphrased.

My SO has a copy of the book but has lent it out. We're looking for the ice cream base recipe. There may also be a lemon verbena variation. That's what we're wanting to make.

We have the other more recent Herbfarm book on hand, but the ice cream base recipe is in the first book.

Thanks for any help!

"Suggested amount for 2 cups milk or cream,or simple syrup made with 1 cup sugar: 4 4-inch sprigs of anise hyssop with flower buds if possible. Good with apricot, red berries, currants, nectarine, peach"

Here's a link to a preview e-copy of the book at Google Books. It appears that the recipe (or the second page of it) are available:

        Thanks for this!

It turns out that what I need is the chart on page 250 of the book. Which I can't get to pull up on this copy of the Google Book preview.

What my SO really wants to do is make anise hyssop ice cream. (Now he tells me.) He has the Herbfarm guy's lemon verbena ice cream recipe but apparently the chart on page 250 gives you the proportions to use for different herbs. I myself would just guess but he doesn't want to.

Anybody have access to page 250? Or know how to pull up the chart on the preview? (Think it just might not be available in that format.)
