Am I the only person in America watching Ludo Bites America on the Sundance Channel?

It's Ludo Lefebvre and his wife, Krissy, opening pop up restaurants all across the country, working with a local restaurant owner. There seems to be a lot learning in both directions.

I like it too. None of the people in Mobile had "accents". Are most people in Mobile not actually from Alabama? Maybe just not the ones who go to Ludlo bites. My dad is from Huntsville, and I've spent a bit of time there).
