Homemade Cheese - Best Milk
I just bought a book on making cheese at home and am ready to go! I am looking for the best pasteurized, non-homogenized milks and creams. What brands (store/market) would you recommend and where to buy? On another level any tips on getting FRESH milk?
Any suggestions would be great!
I am in North Beach, and would prefer not to cross a bridge, but it can be arranged.
