Raleigh steakhouses with good vegetarian options

Hello! My family's looking to celebrate a special occasion soon at a good steakhouse, preferably in North Raleigh. The only problem is that we have one vegetarian member of the party who wants something more substantial than a salad (a sandwich, pasta dish, veggie burger, etc.) I know that Angus Barn can make vegetarian dishes if you call them far enough in advance, but I've never personally done so--if you have, can you please tell me what a good thing to request is/what vegetarian options they do well?

Does anyone have suggestions for steakhouses that also serve vegetarian dishes?

Thanks! :)

You should be able to request a vegetable plate at most steakhouses, or at least a selection of vegetable sides. Creamed spinach, roasted mixed vegetables, a starch of some kind, and mushrooms make a tasty meal and should be vegetarian friendly (though it's possible the mushrooms might be cooked in a meat based broth.)

Vinnie's Steakhouse on Six Forks. Excellent. Eggplant Parm is great, according to my vegetarian wife. Many vegetable sides that are very good. Scalloped potatoes, etc...
