Maybe it's because you got the name wrong: it's called Hollywood Pies. I haven't tried them just yet but my impression is that you wouldn't have trouble finding them if you place an order first, because then you can ask them for details. Their website, however, is pretty clear about the pickup location. It's purposely set up as take-out/delivery only, so there's no point in trying to show up unannounced.

Yea. I was planning in showing up as if it were a restaurant. My bad.

Guess I'll have to settle for Tony's Little Italy in Placentia for now.

Chicago Pasta House in Moreno Valley (a little bit past Riverside) is also very good. Depending on where you are, that might or might not be more convenient than Placentia.

It's take away or delivery (if you're in there delivery area) only. And the website tells you exactly where to drive to (if you're picking up) and then call them and they will come out to your vehicle with the pie...

Sounds like L.A.'s first Chicago-style pizza speakeasy has arrived.

There was an earlier thread about Hollywood Pies:

          One poster said:
Regarding the pick-up arrangement, I spoke to the fellow who brought the pizza and he said they only have a catering license. So they can't have anyone go directly to the facility. They're looking to open a regular restaurant, maybe on Fairfax, sometime soon.
