What's your Poppers recipe?

Baked, fried, stuffed with Panko, what kind of cheeses, spices. How do you make your appetizer poppers?

    I love the idea of halving them then coating the tops with Panko. I wish I would have done that, but I did mine whole today with half a bacon strip around them then broiled. Halving them would have meant twice the poppers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Also, I soak my cleaned and de-seeded peppers in milk overnight in the fridge, as it tones down the hotness factor.

      Stuffing made of Mexican chorizo, garlic, diced tomatoes, breadcrumbs, chilis, with a slice of pepper jack on top and either grilled or baked.

        Fresh jalapenos halved, stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, and baked/broiled.

          About the same, but I mix the cream cheese with shredded cheddar, fine diced onion, and chipotles, and omit the bacon. I press the filling into standard issue seasoned breadcrumbs and stick them in the toaster oven.
