What's your Poppers recipe?
Baked, fried, stuffed with Panko, what kind of cheeses, spices. How do you make your appetizer poppers?

I love the idea of halving them then coating the tops with Panko. I wish I would have done that, but I did mine whole today with half a bacon strip around them then broiled. Halving them would have meant twice the poppers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, I soak my cleaned and de-seeded peppers in milk overnight in the fridge, as it tones down the hotness factor.
