Comments on Regina's in Teaneck or Luka's in Ridgefield Park?

Gathering from various directions for a birthday dinner --- so need somewhere sort of special, good continental cuisine, northern NJ --- Fort Lee, Edgewater, Teaneck, RP......these 2 were recommended from various people. Any comments? Thanks.

I ate at Luka's once maybe 15 years ago. It was very smallish and BYO. I just looked on Yelp and it seems nothing has changed in that regard. It could be a little too hit or miss for a birthday dinner.
