ISO Blue Crab Hand Roll Recipe
After years of eating the famous Blue Crab Hand Rolls from Sushi Wasabi (Tustin) or to some Sushi Sasabune (L.A), we are hoping to make the same at home. Besides the obvious blue crab meat, sushi rice, a touch of mayo, good quality nori and maybe a bit of salt, anything else I should add. Has anyone attempted this feat ? Is it possible to buy the mixture already made ?
We realize it will take a good number of blue crabs to accumulate a good amount crab meat but the possibility of creating a decent version of this scrumptious signature dish outweigh the bad. TIA !
