Why can't I find Chicken Maki or Nori rolls (Sushi) in Calgary?

New to Canada & one of my staple foods is (or was) Chicken Nori rolls. I think they are also called Maki rolls. Can only find Cuecumber, avacado, salmon, tuni or egg but no chicken?!
Anyone got any leads or suggestions?
Back home, you could get a big sushi roll, about 6 inches long but they are all cut small here.
I've tried making Sushi & it's just not the same!
I hope someone can shed some light on this for me!!!
