Anyone have a good recomendation for a good dairy kosher caterer in the poconos area? This is for a wedding where a few of the guests require kosher food. The wedding will be vegetarian.

Depending on where you are in the Poconos, you may want to try Scranton, PA. They are relatively close to the Hawley/Lake Wallantpaupack area.
