I can't comment on a post

I just joined Chowhound, read a blog and tried to make a comment. I clicked SUBMIT but it goes to a white page with some computer language on it. I can click 'back' to the comment, so I did and resubmitted. I did this 3 times with no success.
What is the deal?

Though I'm familiar with the issue you're describing, I've never seen it happen outside of development before. Could you please link me to the article where you saw the problem? And are you using any script blocker or other such add-ons?
