Sunday Brunch BUFFET!!!!
Im really having trouble not finding a restaurant sponsored review of some of the hotel brunches around town. Im looking for something grandiose and awesome.

Not at all grandiose but certainly awesome: brunch buffet at LIl DIzzy's in Treme. They have a branch in a big downtown hotel the Whitney?) but when we stopped in there a few years ago we though the atmosphere was depressing. Treme was rocking. That buffet was off the chain. And it's byob so bring some bubbly and they'll make you some mimosas.

I am anything BUT a buffet fan, so am not the right person to comment, but for Sunday Brunch, the two places that have wowed me (no buffet) have been, Brennan's and Ralph's on the Park. They are both menu brunches, but then the dishes are made for you, with no heat lamps, or steam tables involved.
The two best brunch buffets one Earth are not in NOLA, and one no longer exists. The best - the Marquesa, at the Scottsdale Princess, Scottsdale, AZ (now gone), and then Orchids at the Halekulani in Waikiki, O`ahu, Hawaii. Now, those were/are the ultimate, and the paradigm, by which all others should be judged. Alas, only the Orchids brunch is around, but going strong.
Enjoy,
Hunt

Well, we just had a chat on here about the Court of Two Sisters (or "Twin Sisters" as a carriage driver used to call it. If the words used by one reviewer were artillery shells the place would be a smoldering ruin.
I a damned if I can think of a decent Sunday Buffet..I know there must be something I am not thinking of . . . .brunch buffets are not things I "do" unless invited to the Country Club or something like that.
