Norwegian Desserts

I've been assigned to make a dessert for our upcoming gourmet group dinner; the theme is food from Norway. I've searched the internet and haven't been able to find anything of interest. Any recipe recommendations for a classic but elegant dessert from Norway would be grealy appreciated.
