I thought maybe on of the restaurants in San Gabriel Valley might make amazing dumplings with foie gras.
I had foie gras deep fried wontons at Mr. Chow (or some semblance of such a creation) a while back and thought it was quite disgusting.

Ludo Bites 7 had them on the menu but they were replaced by Foie Gras Ravioli with crispy Kimchi and Sake-Black Truffle cream.
wienermobile: Ludo is not a fixed restaurant, right? It's almost like following a taco truck, but you have to make reservations?
