I found some you can order at this site. It is a NY number so perhaps it is not coming from overseas. I just ordered some, but it wouldn't tell me what the shipping was. I am in Boston myself. http://www.irishgiftsofrvc.com/

I sent them an email myself. But didn't get any reply. Let me know when you hear something will you? Are they in NY? They serve this curry at a pub I do to Friday nights. But I wanted to get some at home :) Well hopefully the shipping is minimal. You are in Maine right?

it is easy enough to curry fresh if you have a spare coffee grinder or like the idea of curry flavored coffee. I like the recipe in the cook book, Jean-Georges.

You might want to give Kiki's Kwik Mart or Fanueil St. Market in Brighton a call. They have lots of Irish products and may well have what you're looking for.

I did a google and came up with this site http://www.abitofhome.ca/mcdonnells-c... maybe they can help. You could aso plan a weekend to the Boston area and stock up. I live in Quincy and have been able to find it in the local market.

What market in Quincy did you see it? Was it near a subway stop? I do come to Boston quite often but the place I was getting it is no longer there, thanks for the help!

I got it at the North Quincy Hannaford store. They have an aisle that includes Irish products. It is just a five minute walk from the NQ Tstop (red line). $20 for shipping is crazy. By any chance did you try amazon. They have food products and often have free shipping. I didn't think to check there.

It's 60 miles from Kittery to Boston - if your car gets 30 miles to the gallon, you would need at least 4 gals. of gas to drive round trip- at nearly $4 per gallon, $20 shipping charge isn't looking so bad - especially if you value your time.
