Liver on the Upper West Side
I've been told that calves liver is an excellent source of Iron and B12 for those who struggle with anemia as I do. Does anyone know either a good market to buy calves liver on the Upper West Side, or a restaurant in that area that serves a good calves liver dish? Also, any suggestion on how best to cook it are much appreciated as well!
