Is "Right Some Good" worthwhile?
Amazed that there are no posts about this extraordinarily ambitious event.
Over ten days, Michelin stared chefs are paired with local chefs and promising appendices to bring top-notch technique and creativity to local ingredients amid local entertainment in unique local settings.
Attended the Little River event last night: Chef Atul Kochhar from London turned out lobster, scallops, haddock, lamb, chicken and local vegetables that was easily the best prepared meal I have had in Nova Scotia in several years. All done in a tent on a fishing wharf!
I stumbled upon this event, but it would be well worth planning a visit to NS around. Wish I wasn't heading home this evening. I can only imagine what the final diner in the Fortress Louisbourg will be like.
