Anyone know where I can find this South East Asian dish?

It's called Nam Khao, or Laotian Crispy Rice Salad. I am starting to think it may be something that's available only at home kitchens.

      Really? Because I've looked, and can not find it...so if you can name me one that sells nam khao, that would be great.

      Maybe Ban Vanipha Thai in Kensington, they have some Lao dishes in their menu.
