HomeGoods. My local Ralphsis now carrying Renold's brand ones too with pirate prints, floral, elegant black swirls, etc. But HomeGoods carries more "fun" ones with coordinating cupcake toppers included.

Just a warning -- I purchased some cute paper ones from Sur La Table (Eiffel Towers and polka dots) and the design became nearly invisible once the baked cupcake was inside.

If you buy the ones labeled as "greaseproof", the design shouldn't disappear. That's all I buy now... even if I'm just buying white ones.

That's what I was going to suggest too. Cupcake Social has some of my favorites: http://www.etsy.com/shop/CupcakeSocia...

The most unique I've ever found are from King Arthur Flour. Love the fluted, tulip-shaped colored ones.

I just saw some cute ones at World Market. I've also found ones at Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls.

If you have a Michael's in your area, try them...saw some really cute ones yesterday. (Plus the Sunday paper often has a 40% off coupon).

                        fancyflours.com has some interesting liners.
