Purpose of tool that came with my wok steamer

Included in the package, I received an extendable wooden tool (see attached photo) that I have no idea what is used for. Does anybody know its purpose?

It is a back scratcher. The Wokshop sometime send you a pair of chopstick, sometime a noodle strainer, and sometime a back scatcher....etc
