Are there restaurants serving blue crab in NYC?

I have heard in the past that some restaurants during the summer offer blue crabs in ny. I haven't heard anything this year. Does anyone have any information if any restaurants are serving all you can eat or by the pieces??? (except clementes)

Just about any restaurant in Chinatown will have blue crabs in black bean sauce or crabs with ginger and scallion. Not all you can eat, but usually reasonable in price. Chinese restaurants prefer female crabs, so the top shells are usually packed with roe.
