Favorite White Blends that don't defer your retirement
Summer is just over half over here in overly-sunny vegas and more than our fair share of whites and roses have been enjoyed. I'm very partial to NZ savvy Bs but have become more interested in the blended whites this year.
Here's my uber-short list;
-Evolution by Sokol Blosser
-Cali White by Menage a Trois
-Woody White by BR Cohn
Any thoughts/suggestions/donations?

Love Hugel's Gentil, also. Butmy favorite (although available in limited quantities) is Vision Cellars White blend... a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. From the winery: www.visioncellars.com

In addition to the previous suggestions, the Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc-Viognier ($12), Caymus's Conundrum ($18 at Costco), Bennett Lane's White Maximus ($13-$24), Eberle Cotes du Rhone Blanc (Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier; $18), etc. If you like the Rhone grapes (I love them), you can simply look for a white Rhone blend.
