Good anniversary dinner spot in/near Gaslamp?

Hi all,
I've been scouring the boards for ideas for an anniversary dinner this Sunday. Have late reservations at Cucina Urbana, but in case we can't survive without eating that late, am looking for backup ideas.

Doesn't have to be fancy, just good food and a clean restaurant. Only cuisine we both don't love is Indian food, otherwise open to all suggestions.

Cafe Chloe (they don't take reservations but you might have good chance on a Sunday) or JSix. Cowboy Star could be another option.

BICE - San Diego is a good idea, Cafe Chloe for French bistro, Candelas for upscale Mexican, Rama for Thai, Davanti Enoteca in Little Italy., maybe the Grant Grill.

Bice has excellent food, however their service leaves a bit to be desired.
