savoury zucchini / courgette / summer squash recipes that freeze well, that would only require reheating later?

Besides cooked zucchini soup and savoury zucchini muffins/loaf/etc., which savoury zucchini recipes have you found to freeze well, and reheat well?

Does anyone have a zucchini parmigiana recipe that reheats well?

I absolutely love these zucchini "crab" cakes, and they freeze and reheat (even in the microwave!) well. I usually make them dollar-sized - a couple make a nice light lunch.

A tian would probably freeze well. My mother always made a delicious dish of Italian sausage and chopped zucchini, squash and onions in tomato sauce. It was quite chunky and awesome on Italian bread or on pasta.

I was thinking of a tian too. Martha Rose Shulman had a little segment on Splendid Table a couple weeks ago that had a basic way to make tians out of any vegetable. And a recipe for zucchini tian. I've been thinking of doing that as a way to use all these summer vegies in a way that would make good lunches to reheat. And I think they would freeze well.

They're bound with a little egg, cooked rice and cheese. Here's the page. Scroll down to her segment:

Thanks katecm & karykat! Haven't made a tian before. Appreciate the link.
