I love Dell'anima! , I like the charred octopus with chorizo, the sweetbreads, the brussels sprouts, the spicy chicken (Pollo al Diavolo). The menu is pretty seasonal and the pastas change frequently. I'm fond of anything on there with mushrooms, or anything carbonara. I think the only thing I've been let down on was the affogato since it melted insanely fast, and had too little gelato to espresso, though we were sitting outside in the summer. And if you like negronis, try also their Negroni Sbagliato (with sparkling white wine and roasted orange, instead of gin).

Wines are great, as are pastas. I even enjoyed their brunch recently. BTW, for search purposes, it's dell'anima.
In addition to Anfora, they also own L'artusi which I love. I may even like L'artusi's pastas better.
