21st B-day dinner

One of our kids is turning 21
Anything new and exciting in the central core of the city
Price range $$$

Thx for any suggestions

    From experience, something like Buca, Origin or Torito might be cool for someone of that age. Fishbar might be interesting too, though I haven't tried it personally (heard good reports). Nice without being stuffy. Boehmer skews too old, and Canoe is way too much.

              Are you looking more for the "cool" factor that would suitably impress a 21 year old or are you looking for something more upscale?
