Starsky's, Highland Farms, Whitehouse Meats in St Lawr Mkt (from Wagener's, if I remember correctly - good), Vienna Meats, probably any other Polish/East European/German deli.

Sanagan's in Kensington Market often carries Mennonite-produced smoked pork chops. Very good too.

Where have you tried..have a look at Brandt meats. http://www.brandtmeats.com/ go to thier factory store they sell stuff there you wont find in regular retail.. for example i go there to get smoked liver wurst, a product of thiers i dont see in regular retail.. you could also check out starsky's as well they have a good selection of the unusual and hard to find.
