Where can I get an Eggcream in DC?

When I'm in town for business I sometimes get a hankering for an eggcream -- where can I find a place that does them well?

Just outside DC, Parkway Deli on Grubb Rd off 410 in Silver Spring.

I'd love to meet the genius who convinced the world it needed an egg cream kit.

I think the jewish deli in Bethesda does them, although I haven't tried them. The idea of getting a kit from Restoration hardware seems odd-- it's chocolate syrup (traditionally U-bet), milk (just a couple fingers worth), and seltzer.

No where. Get the kit, I think from Restoration Hardware and make your own. You won't get one outside of NYC,
