What are the kosher restaurant options in San Jose, Costa Rica?

Contact the Jewish community. It is very organized and has kosher butcher. Many products in different supermarkets have a Costa Rica hashgacha.

I know there's a takeout/restaurant sort of place, but it's been several years since I was there and I no longer remember any useful information. That said, my husband still remembers the Burger King in the mall near the shul very, very fondly. It's a mall food-court BK, with just burgers, chicken tenders, and fries, but it's glatt kosher and was quite exciting for both of us, although I was not the one who wanted to go there three times in a 36 hour period.
