Daytona Ormond area rec

I would like to buy a gift certificate for $100 for dinner for two as a gift for a couple who recently relocated to that area. I realize this area is not know for fine dining, but I am hoping to get a rec or two. I have resorted to Urbanspoon (which I don't trust). My choices thus far are:

The Dish (tapas, but fun and they could go more than once)
The Cellar
Toscana

Thanks in advance for any info on these or other suggestions!

Billy's Tap Room in Ormond is consistently good. Crab Cakes are best I've had in Florida (not quite Baltimore good, but still good). Steaks have always been good, cooked as requested and the sides are good. Bread pudding is a standout dessert as is the carrot cake. Full bar and it's been there in the same location forever (owners have changed, but they kept the winners on the menu). We've been going there for over 25 years (and we live 200 miles away) 4 - 6 times a year.
