Cinnamon Quick Bread Ideas

Hey! I'm currently on a quick bread baking phase (or maybe obsession?) and have already made banana, coconut, chocolate quick breads...I really love anything cinnamon flavored (adore cinnamon buns, snickerdoodles,etc) but I havent been able to find a quick bread recipe that has a strong cinnamon flavor and can be baked in a 9x5 loaf pan. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

This is a lovely quick bread and I double the amt. of cinnamon both in the bread list and toppings list of ingredients to match my own preference for strong cinnamon flavor. Generally speaking, I use more cinnamon than is typically called for in most recipes and usually add it when its not listed.

Wonderful idea!! Upping cinnamon amt to any recipe requiring cinnamon is already a given =)
