I hope they have good desserts. I am not expecting much on the food front after trying out Canteen.

Is the pricing for their pastries/etc the same as at Canteen? At Canteen counter they do one of the things that annoys me... or, I should say "what they don't do" annoys me.... The times I went there wasn't any pricing on their display items and I had to ask how much things were. I guess they are hoping to tempt people by the look of items and hope they aren't too shocked when they hear how much they are when they actually order it. I enjoyed the gateau basque I had at Canteen but it was the first time I had ever tried it so not much to compare it too.. And from what I recall the price was high for a take out pastry!

re: ylsf
Not sure about the pastries, but I thought the sandwiches/baguettes were steep - $7.99 for something boxed and having sat in the open freezer all day. They had sushi as well - close to $10 for a roll.
There is also a sandwich/panini counter where you can have a fresh sandwich made to your liking (couldn't recall the price but think it was also close to $10.) The place does looks very nice compared to what the Bay used to look like previously.
