There are two places I know of on FiIlmore that offer "Mediterranean" food. One is on the southwest corner of Sutter & Fillmore. The other is on the east side of Fillmore, above Sacramento Street. However, I doubt either is genuinely Turkish.

The two restaurants that David is referring to is Pride of the Mediterranean (Sutter & Fillmore) and is an abomination of a restaurant -- how it stays open astonishes me -- and La Mediterranee, up by Sacramento.
Neither are Turkish but La Mediterranee has really good pomengranate chicken and is very affordable.

La Mediterranee is Armenian (so not even particularly close to the Mediterranean Sea).

News to me if there's one on Fillmore. Turkish restaurants in SF include A La Turca, Gyro King, Troya, Tuba, and Pera. Lolo and Sens have some definite Turkish influences.
