Cheesecake recommendation in the North End/Financial District?

Any recommendations for a good Cheesecake baker in the North End or Financial District? Looking for a whole cheesecake, not necessarily slices. Thanks

Modern Bakery, best Italian cheesecake, actually ricotta pie, around.

If you still want traditional cheesecake, Rosie's bakery in South Station sells whole cheesecakes. You may want to order ahead, as they may not always have them in stock. Very good cheesecake!

Rosies is good but I would take the ride to the chestnut hill location where they are made.
Whites Bakery does a good job and has locations in hingham and Brockton.

Not quite cheesecake per se, but the ricotta pie at Modern Pastry is amazing.

            Much better than cheesecake!

amen to Modern's ricotta pie - always fresh and a crowd pleaser each and every time I bring it somewhere...

The ricotta pie with with chocolate cream is insanely addictive as well.
