Looking for a Great Chocolate Soufle in Paris

We are in Paris now and are looking for a great soufle before we leave next week. So many places are closed we are having trouble finding one. Thanks

Le Soufflé, 36, Rue Mont-Thabor, 1st. arr., or La Cigale Récamier, 4, Rue Récamier, 7th arr. However, pretty likely they're closed these days.

I strongly believe Au Petit Marguery, Blvd. de Port Royal, 13th arr., is open. They have a soufflé au Grand Marnier on the menu:

Souffle is closed on les jours feries, how that connects with August is a mystery to me. Their chocolate souffle is superb. Give them a call.
