Waffle Boss -- Oakland

A couple weeks ago I noticed a storefront with papered windows and "Waffle Boss" stenciled on a small sign -- on Telegraph, near 40th (next door to the church). Does anyone know what this is? I walk by it a couple times a week, and have yet to see any activity.
