Private business dinner for 30 in October

My company is taking about 30 out of town guests to dinner and I need a great restaurant recommendation. Looking for a private room, really great wine list, of course good food and something "special"/interesting like great decor or view or just something reflecting the area prefer a place that specializes in California-style.. local food.. All ideas are welcome! Since it's corporate, we can spend a bit :-) Thanks for your help!

    1 Market has a nice private room where my office has had a couple private functions.

      I haven't seen their private rooms, but Perbacco and Bar Agricole say they can handle that many and the food and wine lists are great.

        Both sites have searches for number of guests and basic price info.
