Looking for beef ribs and different cuts of meat / steak
I'm a bit of tool when it comes to specific names of animal parts, I just want nice ribs and tender meats so I can throw some cow on a fire.
Any butcher can do this for you.
My favorite is Tony at Boucherie Westmount. Just bought some nice ones from him last week for around 8 something a kilo.
Shouldn't any of the local butchers be able to handle this? You might want to describe to them what you want to do with the cow.
