Best of Dorchester Vietnamese?

I'm spending more time in Dorchester lately, and I'm realizing that I've been neglecting to explore all of the Vietnamese food here. To guide my wanderings, I was wondering if folks would share their own hits and misses in the area? At this point I'm only well acquainted with Banhi Mi Ba-Le on Dot Ave.

If there are other past threads I should have found that I didn't, please point the way. I already know that there was a good recent one covering Dorchester Ave Banh Mi (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/798131 ).

Thanks in advance!

Best all around is probably Pho 2000 followed by Anh Hong.

Pho 2000 for Boston's best pho (by far), bo 7 mon, bo kho (you can get it with banh mi but the noodles version is enormous and great), fried catfish

Will they let you get the bo 7 mon for 2 people for a table of 3? I'd like to get it, but perhaps would like to get some other things too. If I get it for 3- will we have room for anything else?

I think recently I got the version for 3 for a table of 4, plus some pho. You'll be fine. Bring your appetite.

I think the Dorchester branch of Pho Hoa is pretty good, but my favorite by far is Ahn Hong on Adams Street. I especially like their Bo 7 Mon, which is 7 delicious courses of beef. Think they might do the same with fish as well.
