3 dinners in Vancouver

A colleague and I are going to be in Vancouver next week. We are planning on Vij's for one night, but the other two are open. Here's the tricky bit. He likes meat, I eat meat but would like to try seafood too. He doesn't drink alcohol, I like wine with a meal. Any thoughts?

Hawkworth's menu would suit your meat/seafood preferences well. It's a wonderful room, and service is spot on.

I'm not as enthusiastic about Ensemble. Interesting food, though some dishes a bit underwhelming. Price point is good, but the service, at least the night I was there, really needed some improvement.

I would think Hawksworth's, Bishop's, Le Crocodile and Ensemble could all provide very good meat or fish choices. Dial up your google machine and see what you think of their menus.
