Deep fried zucchini chips (served at The Meddlesome Moth)
The zuke chips were delicious....sliced very thin/no batter and deep fried. Better than a potatoe chip and not as sweet as the sweet potatoe chips at Blue Mesa. Has anyone ever made these or have a great recipe? We don't live near the moth....otherwise I would stop by weekly for a fix. Does anyone else in Dallas serve these???
