Cheval Blanc in Pasadena...anyone been?

Has anyone been to the newer Smith Bros. restaurant in Pasadena, Cheval Blanc? French Bistro fare.

    i've been several times. service is great--i have been moved to call or write the manager more than once, it was that good. menu is pretty standard classic bistro fare. onion soup, duck confit, lobster thermador, steak frites, rabbit in mustard sauce. serviceably done. bread, i seem to recall, is above average.
